Projected by a studio based in Hong Kong named KplusK Architects in partnership with  Deborah Oppenheimer Interior Design, according to the guidelines of studio based in  Kuala Lumpur,  the mansion presents up to 21,500  square feet of an indoor houseroom and a total of 48,500 square feet of developed space with outside terrace building. 

Villa Verai covers 16,000 square meters ground area and offers amazing views of Phang Nga Bay. In order to create a luxury setting of Thailand’s finest flora, crop trees and plants from Northern Thailand served as a decoration to the villa’s landscape.
