In 2018, the VIM platform project and the Immersia SK company appeared, the sole founder of which is Elena Khlapina. The VIM platform helps developers sell apartments faster. A 3D widget is installed on the site of the residential complex – a virtual interior manager that allows the buyer to choose planning and apartment design options.

The apartments are offered without finishing. The buyer selects the desired zone from the options. These are a wardrobe, a living room (with a table for a computer), a nursery (with a bed), a kitchen (with a stove), a bathroom (with a washing machine), a bedroom (with a bed and a corner sofa).

The conversion of leads to the Vavilov Dom residential complex, which was built by Center-Invest, increased by 35% due to the virtual interior manager. After the virtual choice of the apartment and the creation of its design, buyers could familiarize themselves with the paper version of the product in the office.

Today, such large developers as PIK, Don-Stroy, Hals, MITS work with VIM; the product itself is sold by subscription. Immersia SK receives about € 13,7 (1000 rubles) from every lead.

How many apartments are sold in this way is not disclosed but, according to the plan, in 2020 a 3D widget will be installed on the websites of 20 developers, 10 furniture suppliers will be connected, 10,000 designs will be completed and € 1,400,766 (102 million rubles) will be raised.

AI Designer Instead of Human Designer

By September 20, Immersia SC is preparing a release in which a new product will be announced – the arrangement of furniture and the creation of an apartment interior using artificial intelligence.

The person on the site sets the size of the room, chooses furniture, then using the AI ​​designer himself creates the interior of the room and the apartment as a whole. The buyer chooses the style of the interior – classic, minimalism, etc. – selects furniture, flooring, etc.

From the same room, you can plan completely different apartments – one-room, two-room, sometimes even three-room. If the buyer wants to change something in the created interior, he can use the editor. Thus, the professional designer is replaced by artificial intelligence or a generator of automatic interiors.

Among the competitors of Immersia SK is the German company 2020, it has made an AI-designer for kitchens (for example, on the Lorena Kitchen website). Among Russian companies, there is not one that can recognize plans, design an apartment design and edit it if necessary.
